Mike has been in the landscape industry his entire life first honing his craft in his father’s business and in 2006 branching off on his own endeavor, Naturalscapes, which is the parent company of Ross Plants & Flowers. He is a certified arborist, holds a Pesticide License for Turf & Ornamentals and is an ISA Certified Tree Surgeon.
Monica
Monica has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in education. She taught elementary school for 11 years as both a classroom teacher and reading specialist in the Quakertown School District. Monica has an amazing eye for detail and is a three-ring-binder organizing machine keeping all three businesses running like clockwork.
Monica’s passion is the floral department and she is the driving force behind Ross Plants & Flowers becoming a renowned leader in the Lehigh Valley floral industry. Monica’s vision for the company, combined with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction, have created an exceptionally loyal customer base who trust Ross Plants & Flowers for all of their floral needs.
